Civil Aviation Authority
 is committed to ensure accessibility of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

In order to effectively communicate with our Authority, the deaf or hard of hearing persons can:

  1. Use the application enabling translation from sign language (Polish Sign Language and Sign Language System) to and from Polish to sign language (Polish Sign Language and Sign Language System). This service is available in the Authority’s seat in Warsaw, in the business hours of the Customer Service Point: Mondays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday: 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM
